Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Advanced PT. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our patients, ensuring their recovery and well-being.
Assist with patient assessments and help develop treatment plans
Review referrals and medical records to determine appropriate therapy
Provide supervised direct patient care following established protocols
Document patient progress and caregiver instructions
Support quality standards for care delivered by assistants and techs
Contribute to plans of care, goal setting, and treatment program development
Help implement therapy programs and deliver essential interventions
Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and healthcare partners
Ensure timely and accurate completion of all required documentation
Qualifications
Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. New graduates are encouraged to apply; we’d love for you to start your career with us!
Current state of Michigan license and CPR certification
Ability to create and implement outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitation-setting treatment plans or willingness to learn
