Troyer Growers Ag Equipment Operator in Waterford, Pennsylvania
1 Full Time Seasonal H-2A Jobs available 04/15/2026 - 11/15/2026.
Operate a self-propelled agricultural sprayer; drive a Class A combination truck to haul ag commodities; maintain / repair late model tractors and agricultural equipment; welding equipment repairs; management of row crops forage crops and small grains; general field work and farm tasks. Must speak and understand English. We pay 1.5 X overtime when harvesting "storage potatoes"- approx. 9/1-10/15 -6 week period.
Requirements:
- 2 months experience in duties listed
- Lifting requirement 50 lbs.
- Drug Screen
- Driver Requirements / Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license following hire and obtain clean driving record
- Exposure to extreme temperatures
- Extensive Pushing or Pulling
- Extensive Sitting or Walking
- Frequent Stooping or Bending Over
- Repetitive Movements
