Adecco US, Inc. Machine Operator C shift in Waterford, New York
Job Duties:
Execute daily handoffs to the day shift by communicating production rates and operational status
Lead 2nd shift team utilizing the UCG quality principles including an emphasis on continuous improvement
Distribute and monitor work orders to team members
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment following the principles of 5S
Safely operate production equipment/build product per work instructions
Impart quality into every part through attention to detail and execution of in-process control plan
Complete daily/weekly preventative maintenance of assigned equipment
Ensure efficient use of time and equipment, ensuring that the appropriate records are maintained and that tight inventory control and security are maintained
Ensure that manufacturing transactions are accurately entered into our MRP System
Assist in continuous improvement
Perform other duties, projects, and assignments as needed
Shift: Rotating weekly schedule of twelve hour shifts M-W 7:00 pm -7:30 am and M- Th 7:00 pm -7:30 am, Training would take place on our A shift M-F 7:00am – 3:30 pm
Pay Details: $19.50 per hour
