Adecco US, Inc. Machine Operator C shift in Waterford, New York

Job Duties:

  • Execute daily handoffs to the day shift by communicating production rates and operational status

  • Lead 2nd shift team utilizing the UCG quality principles including an emphasis on continuous improvement

  • Distribute and monitor work orders to team members

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment following the principles of 5S

  • Safely operate production equipment/build product per work instructions

  • Impart quality into every part through attention to detail and execution of in-process control plan

  • Complete daily/weekly preventative maintenance of assigned equipment

  • Ensure efficient use of time and equipment, ensuring that the appropriate records are maintained and that tight inventory control and security are maintained

  • Ensure that manufacturing transactions are accurately entered into our MRP System

  • Assist in continuous improvement

  • Perform other duties, projects, and assignments as needed

Shift: Rotating weekly schedule of twelve hour shifts M-W 7:00 pm -7:30 am and M- Th 7:00 pm -7:30 am, Training would take place on our A shift M-F 7:00am – 3:30 pm

Pay Details: $19.50 per hour
