Description
Waterford Public Schools is excited to announce an enhanced summer learning experience for our students and is looking for motivated, collaborative, and enthusiastic Summer Academy / Extended School Year Substitute Teachers, for Summer School 2026. Summer Academy / Extended School Year Substitute Teachers will provide instruction for all grade levels.
Waterford Public Schools serves approximately 2,400 students in grades PK-12. Qualifications
Classes will begin July 6th and continue through August 6th, 2026.
Location is Great Neck Elementary School.
Monday-Thursday 8:30am-11:00am. K-12 and 9:00-11:00am for Pre-K
CT Teacher Certification desired.
Summer school supplemental positions shall be paid at the rate of $46.00 per hour reflecting working hours and/or instruction; preparation time is not separately compensated.
