Job Description
Frontend (React):
Design, develop, and maintain responsive and high-performance user interfaces using React.js
Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement intuitive user experiences
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility standards
Backend (Java Spring Boot):
Design and develop robust, scalable RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot
Implement business logic, data persistence, and integration with third-party services
Ensure high performance, security, and reliability of backend services
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code (unit/integration tests)
Participate in architecture and system design discussions
Full-Stack & Platform:
Own features end-to-end, from UI to backend services and deployment
Work closely with product managers, architects, and other engineers
Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers
Troubleshoot and resolve performance, scalability, and production issues
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies

Skills and Requirements
Strong hands-on experience with Java (8+) and Spring Boot
Experience building RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs
Strong understanding of Spring ecosystem (Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security)
Strong experience with React.js, Hooks, Context API, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, or similar)
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design
