Nexeo HR is hiring a Laborer to join a growing precast concrete company in Washington,Utah. Construction experience preferred and a strong work ethic and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties within a precast concrete facility and outdoor yard
- Assist with building and assembling molds for concrete products such as pipes,boxes,and infrastructure components
- Place and tie rebar,prepare forms,and support pouring and finishing of concrete
- Operate basic hand tools and assist with machinery under supervision
- Strip forms,clean molds,and prepare materials for the next production cycle
- Load,unload,and move materials using proper lifting techniques and equipment
- Maintain a clean,organized,and safe work environment
- Construction experience
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions as needed
Qualifications
- Dependable and punctual consistent attendance is critical
- Physically capable of lifting up to 100 lbs and performing repetitive labor
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced,hands-on production environment
- Willing to work in outdoor conditions (heat,cold,dust)
- Positive attitude and ability to take direction and work in a team
- Previous construction,concrete,manufacturing,or general labor experience preferred
- Experience with hand tools,measurements,or materials like rebar/concrete is a plus (not required)
Pay:
$20.00 per hour
Schedule:
Full-Time | Monday Friday | 6:00 AM 3:00 PM
Please note: This position follows a rise with the sun schedule. Start times may shift earlier in the summer and later in the winter based on daylight and production needs.
