Specified Systems,Inc. CNC Machine Operator in Washington, Pennsylvania

Core Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, monitor CNC machines for precision manufacturing
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, work orders
- Conduct quality checks to ensure parts meet exact specifications
- Maintain equipment and troubleshoot minor issues
- Work closely with team members to meet production goals
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Hands-on CNC machining experience (RhinoFab 1150, 3-axis milling, down cut miter saw, Haffner MAC 340 profile machining center, or similar)
- Strong understanding of mechanical drawings and tolerances
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members
Preferred Qualifications:
- Division 8 Product Experience (Doors, Windows, Curtain Wall and Storefront, Vents, etc.)
Familiarity with AutoCAD, Glazier Studio, PartnerPak, GDS.
