ManpowerGroup Quality and PPAP Coordinator in Washington, North Carolina
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality and PPAP Coordinator to join their team. As a Quality and PPAP Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the Quality Department supporting the organization’s commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to quality management, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Quality and PPAP Coordinator
Location: Washington, NC
Pay Range: $50000 - $68000
Shift : 1st shift
What's the Job?
Provide daily quality system support to ensure compliance with company and customer standards.
Develop and implement quality control systems, including PPAP documentation and procedures.
Review drawings, perform testing, and analyze inspection procedures to identify quality issues.
Lead problem-solving investigations using root cause analysis tools to resolve internal and external quality concerns.
Maintain QMS performance metrics, prepare reports, and monitor long-term quality trends to drive continuous improvement.
What's Needed?
B.S. degree in an appropriate field.
Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in quality assurance or related roles.
Experience with PPAP processes and documentation is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Knowledge of ISO 9001 QMS, APQP, SPC, and measurement/test equipment is advantageous.
