REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be available the entire work period of 05/04/2026-11/13/2026. Must agree to work Mon-Fri, 7 hours per day, Sat, 5 hours. Employer will provide transportation from employer provided living quarters to work site every day. Must read, and agree to, all terms and conditions of employment prior to a referral to the employer.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have at least 2 months of verifiable experience in all job duties. This job requires exposure to extreme temperatures, ability to lift 60 lbs., repetitive movements, extensive walking, frequent stooping, extensive pushing and pulling, drug screen.
JOB DUTIES: Handling manual tasks associated with commodity production and harvest activities. FARM LABORER: Worker will be required to complete the following activities as directed by supervisor: plant, thin, prune, train, position, maintain, and other general care of fruit trees and plants; remove weeds; maintain and clean up landscaping, farm and fields; paint tree trunks and posts; stake plants; organize, clean and sanitize harvest tools, equipment and containers; operate tractors, vehicles, and forklifts to complete farm tasks related to planting, maintaining, cultivating, harvesting, loading, unloading, and hauling crops at, to and from employer owned/operated worksites; hand harvest to quality standards apples, pears, cherries, plums, peaches, nectarines, grapes, and strawberries. Pay will be hourly. Other duties assigned under this order will be consistent under Bureau of Labor Statistics Standard Occupational Classification: Farmworkers and Laborers, Crop, Nursery and Greenhouse Workers (45-2092)
