Job Description
My client based out of Washington DC is looking for a Sr. Construction Manager to support their local government client based out of Washington DC. This candidate will be fully onsite in DC and overseeing the new-build construction of a community center. Their day to day responsibilities will include monitoring and assessing construction performance while recording construction activities to ensure compliance, coordinating with the general contractor to ensure accurate schedules and all inspections scheduled, and lead and coordinate all client meetings and project documentation.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
10+ years experience in federal or State/Local government construction project management
Ability to oversee/travel to multiple projects throughout DC - previous DC government or northern Virginia government project experience
