Your role and responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Management Analyst to own the intake, transformation, and stewardship of business-critical data across secure environments. This role partners closely with business and technical teams to support secure data operations, data imports, reporting and analytics, and Excel macro (VBA) automation that improves accuracy, speed, and compliance. Includes building trustworthy data pipelines and enabling end users with reliable reports and tools.

Required technical and professional expertise

· Experience supporting data extracts, integrations, reporting, or data reconciliation within SAP Concur

· Own and optimize routine data import processes from flat files (CSV, TSV, Excel), APIs, and database sources into target systems

· Handle sensitive data in accordance with company policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory frameworks

· Implement and follow data classification, retention, and access control procedures

· Develop reusable templates, mappings, and validation rules for repeatable imports.

· Perform data quality checks, lineage documentation, and issue remediation within secure environments.

· Design, maintain, and support Excel VBA macros for data cleansing, reconciliation, formatting, and import pre-processing.

· Convert frequently used macros into maintainable scripts, documenting inputs, assumptions, and outputs.

· Provide Tier 2/3 support for data and reporting issues; maintain SLAs and ticket hygiene.
