SGI is seeking a Project Manager to provide programmatic, administrative, and management support for intelligence analysis and mission support activities. The Project Manager will support project planning, coordination, and execution of analytic and operational tasks while ensuring effective communication, task tracking, and coordination across teams and stakeholders. This role supports strategic planning initiatives, project coordination, and engagement activities to ensure mission objectives are achieved efficiently and in accordance with established standards.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary coordinator for project management activities supporting intelligence analysis and mission support operations
Provide programmatic and administrative support for project planning, execution, and performance monitoring
Support implementation of strategic planning initiatives, including contingency planning and lessons learned analysis
Assist with development and tracking of project milestones, schedules, and deliverables
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and recommend enhancements to management tools and processes
Support preparation, coordination, and tracking of correspondence, reports, and project documentation
Coordinate meetings, working groups, and collaborative engagements with internal teams and external stakeholders
Assist with preparation and coordination of briefings, presentations, and project materials for leadership and stakeholders
Support the planning and coordination of exercises, projects, and operational initiatives
Track project tasks and action items to ensure timely completion of deliverables and operational requirements
Facilitate coordination and communication across project teams and partner organizations
Support development and implementation of policies, procedures, and operational requirements related to project activities
Assist in identifying potential partnerships, research opportunities, and collaborative initiatives that support mission objectives
Monitor project activities and provide updates on progress, performance metrics, and potential risks or issues
Qualifications
U.S. Citizen.
Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, International Relations, Economics, National Security Studies, Political Science, or related field
Five (5) years of Intelligence Community (IC) experience desired;
Three (3) years of experience managing and leading all-source analysis efforts of at least 10 FTEs in the Intelligence Community.
Two (2) years of experience working economic security issues related to, counterintelligence, supply chain vulnerabilities, illicit trade, emerging and disruptive technologies, or foreign investment
Active DHS Top Secret (TS) clearance required; SCI eligibility preferred
Knowledge of the DHS I&A intelligence authorities
Thorough knowledge of U.S. Intelligence Community Directives ICD 203 and ICD 206 and analytic tradecraft, experienced in research and applying analytic techniques and methodologies, has strong research and writing skills
Demonstrated experience producing intelligence products for senior government decision-makers
Strong written and oral communication skills
