Koniag Government Services Program Support Analyst II in Washington, District Of Columbia

Koniag Professional Services LLC, a Koniag Government Services company , is seeking a Program Support Analyst II with a Secret security clearance to support KPS and our government customer in Washington, DC. This position is for a Future New Business Opportunity.

The Program Support Analyst Level II serves as a senior-level project and management analyst providing high-level executive support combined with advanced business process evaluation. The ideal candidate will work under the guidance of onsite Government management to identify trends and synthesize data into actionable information for senior decision-makers. This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.

Principal responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Maintain executive calendars and coordinate large volumes of information for the Executive Office

  • Ensure deadlines for memoranda and briefing papers are consistently met

  • Evaluate business workflows and make practical recommendations for process improvements

  • Assist management in implementing and validating process changes

  • Identify relevant trends through data analysis and perform follow-up investigations

  • Develop dashboards to track the remediation of issues and monitor key performance indicators

  • Provide formal management briefings, findings, and detailed project reporting to senior management

  • Conduct comparative process assessments across locations to identify standardization opportunities

  • Facilitate knowledge transfer of best practices across the organization

  • Track the status of taskers and inform personnel of overdue items or upcoming deadlines per Department procedures

  • Draft white papers and analytical reports for high-level executive review

  • Design and execute business process studies and perform data mining activities

  • Support change management initiatives and facilitate the adoption of new or revised work processes

  • Manage elite projects or special taskers with accuracy and attention to detail

Education and Experience:

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university

  • Minimum of six (6) years of experience as a Management Consultant, Project Manager, or Business Analyst

  • Four (4) years of experience supporting executive-level personnel

  • Four (4) years of experience in business process reengineering

  • Six (6) years of experience utilizing MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, and Publisher

  • Two (2) years of experience using and managing MS SharePoint sites

  • Advanced level experience using MS Access, including setting up pivot charts, scripting, and advanced functions

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to design and execute business process studies, extract and analyze data patterns, and perform data mining

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively and confidently interact with high-level executives

  • Exceptional written communication skills, including the ability to draft white papers, analytical reports, and executive-level memoranda

  • Superior organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage simultaneous workflows

  • Experience with change management techniques that facilitate the adoption of new or revised work processes

  • Ability to work independently and manage projects at a headquarters level

  • Proven ability to manage high-priority projects or special taskers with accuracy and attention to detail

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the capacity to identify trends and synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations

  • Proficiency in creating data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings

  • Demonstrated ability to conduct comparative assessments and identify standardization opportunities

  • Excellent attention to detail with strong quality assurance capabilities

  • Ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Desired Skills and Competencies:

  • Experience working in a federal government IT or program management environment

  • Previous experience supporting Department of Defense or Intelligence Community clients

  • Advanced certifications in Project Management (PMP, CAPM) or Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA)

  • Experience with additional data analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms

  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other continuous process improvement methodologies

  • Familiarity with Agile Development Methodology

  • Experience facilitating workshops and training sessions

  • Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations and government contracting processes

Clearance Requirement:

  • Secret clearance
