Program Manager
Position Overview
This role provides overall leadership, coordination, and accountability for program execution, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with contractual, technical, and quality requirements. The position supports complex initiatives within Data Management and/or Analytics program areas.
Key Responsibilities
Provide overall program management, planning, coordination, and oversight for contractor and vendor teams
Manage task performance across multiple workstreams, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, cost, and quality standards
Oversee subcontractors and vendor resources, including task assignments, performance monitoring, and issue resolution
Ensure deliverables meet contractual requirements, technical specifications, and customer expectations
Establish and maintain program management processes, metrics, and reporting mechanisms
Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues; implement corrective actions as needed
Coordinate closely with government stakeholders and customer representatives to support program objectives
Lead program status meetings, reviews, and briefings, including preparation of reports and documentation
Ensure compliance with applicable policies, standards, and contractual obligations
Required Qualifications
Minimum of ten (10) years of experience successfully overseeing tasks comparable in scope and complexity to those defined in PWS
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Data Science, Business, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
PMP certification or equivalent.
Ability to obtain and maintain required Treasury government clearance.
Demonstrated experience managing programs or large-scale initiatives in Data Management and/or Analytics environments
Proven ability to lead contractor and vendor teams supporting government or enterprise programs
Strong experience in program planning, execution, risk management, and performance tracking
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience working within structured contractual environments.
