StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking a Full-Time,Program/Project/Management Analyst, Senior, to join our team in supporting the NAVAIR program office in Patuxent River, MD. The successful candidates shall meet the minimum experience and education requirements the necessary skills and subject matter expertise required for the position. The candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to the following requirements:

Functional Description:

• Liaison with Chief of Naval Operation Staff (OPNAV). Provide staff support for the weapon systems OPNAV portfolio; review and recommend program changes or alignment with existing and evolving aviation plans and objectives.
• A pplies research, analysis, investigation, and evaluation data in support of Program Objective Memorandum (POM) process.
• Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project resourcing and requirements.
• Support development of planning and programming for portfolio budgets in the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) process.
• Analyze data to identify risk to cost, schedule and performance and recommend mitigation strategies to reduce risk to products.

Experience Requirements:

• Over 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.
• Microsoft Office: specifically PowerPoint and Excel to be able to assist with Briefs, reports, and financial data.
• Strong communication skills and multi-tasking; ability to communicate status to senior leadership.
• Strong organizational skills; must have knowledge using TEAMS.
• Experience with NAVIAR processes and procedures.
• Familiarity and experience with the U.S. naval aviation enterprise, including operational naval aviation forces, Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), and/or the Navy Staff (OPNAV) Warfare Systems Air Warfare Division (N98).

Education Requirements:

• MA/MS Degree in relevant field required.
• Allowable Substitutions:
  • Bachelor's Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree. Or Associate's Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree. Or Six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree.

Security Requirements:

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

The estimated salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $175,000.00.
