Description
Robert Half is partnering with a global law firm in the Greater Seattle Area to identify a Litigation Paralegal who is ready to IMMEDIATELY jump in to assist and possibly join their team. This position is contract with potential for extension/conversion into a permanent role.
Location: Seattle, WA
Pay Rate: $30-36 per hour
Duration: 3+month contract, strong potential for extension!
Schedule: M-F, 8am-5pm
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough proofreading and review of legal documents, including pleadings and discovery requests.
Prepare trial materials such as notebooks and binders, ensuring all necessary documentation is organized and accessible.
Handle e-filing processes efficiently and accurately.
Provide responsive administrative support, including mailings and handling attorney correspondence.
Assist corporate teams with transactional work, including labor, employment, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate matters.
Support litigation teams by organizing case files and managing trial preparation tasks.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in litigation, trial preparation, and e-filing.
The salary range for this position is $30-36/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
