Job Summary

The Lead Account Management Associate position is a working, senior-level Account Management Associate that assists and supports other Account Management Associates in pursuit of the support of the Account Executive team. This includes consulting with other Account Management Associates on research and resolution of tactical account issues and providing praise and recognition and coaching and feedback for improvement when appropriate. This position liaises with Account Executives and other internal managers and subject matter experts, to ensure the smooth operation of accounts on an ongoing basis. This position will work cross functionally with management/staff of other internal functions and corporate/internal operational support functions.

This is a remote based role - This role is looking for someone who has experience with TPA and Self funded clients in the health insurance space.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Takes a lead role for planning, developing, analyzing and invoking more complex critical processes around software engineering across the enterprise.

  • Performs analysis of data, and identifies risks and issues of key processes.

  • Takes a lead role and participates in and/or conducts more complex problem solving sessions.

  • Documents and communicates deliverables.

  • Takes a lead role on processes and new functionality.

  • Functions may include more complex estimating, defect and resource management, report development, and software process improvement implementation and quality control activities.

  • Collaborates with project teams to ensure that established quality goals are being incorporated into the business solution.

  • Provides consistent and regular feedback to application and process owners with recommendations for continuous improvement. Provides support and guidance in relation to more complex software artifacts and processes supported across the enterprise

  • May mentor less experienced team members.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education, Licenses/Certifications, and Experience

Minimum

  • High school diploma

  • GED• 3-5 years experience in Information Technology

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities -

Pay Range Minimum:

$60,000.00

Pay Range Maximum:

$90,000.00

Base pay is determined by a variety of factors including a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and expected contributions, as well as internal peer equity, market, and business considerations. The displayed salary range does not reflect any geographic differential Highmark may apply for certain locations based upon comparative markets.
