Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough review and analysis of legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in researching immigration law and litigation-related topics to support case strategies.
• Collaborate with attorneys to organize and manage case files effectively.
• Draft and edit legal documents, including briefs, memos, and correspondence.
• Provide administrative support for litigation processes, including scheduling and coordination.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in handling sensitive information.
• Stay updated on changes in immigration law and relevant legal developments.
• Contribute to the preparation of materials for court proceedings or client meetings.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submissions of required documents.
• Support other legal tasks as needed to facilitate smooth operations.
Requirements • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Strong knowledge of immigration law and litigation practices.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in legal research tools and document review platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Prior experience in document review or similar legal support roles is a plus.
