We represent a significant range of clients on transactions, projects, and regulatory matters involving the nuclear, gas and oil, LNG, electric and renewable energy spaces. Our work also involves a host of government agencies, including some of the most challenging and interesting proceedings before FERC (e.g., pipeline rate cases, LNG licensing), the NRC (e.g., advanced reactor licensing, international nuclear projects, DOE (e.g., renewables, funding opportunities, nuclear export controls), and other government agencies. Much of our work focuses at the intersection of business, law, and policy on cutting edge and first-of-a-kind matters.
