We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Associate with expertise in sales and relationship management to join our team in Washington, D.C. Responsibilities:
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders to foster trust and collaboration.
• Generate leads by identifying client needs, qualifying prospects, and understanding decision-making processes.
• Present marketing materials effectively and coordinate sales meetings to engage potential clients.
• Maintain and update the database of accounts and leads to ensure accurate and organized records.
• Provide valuable feedback and recommendations based on interactions with clients to improve marketing strategies.
• Research and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for business growth.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
• Ensure consistent communication with clients to address their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to drive improvements in processes and outcomes.

Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within a detail-oriented services environment.
• Proven ability to succeed in a corporate setting, with a focus on B2B sales.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills to manage databases and track leads effectively.
• Ability to analyze market conditions and adapt strategies to achieve sales goals.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience in product sales and business-to-business development.
