The Work:

We are seeking an experienced Developer with 5 years of experience in multiple programming languages and technologies, including Java, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, PL/SQL, CCS and HTML. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software development principles, patterns, and practices, and be able to work on various projects and technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications using multiple programming languages and technologies

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements

  • Implement security measures, such as authentication and authorization

  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring high uptime and performance

  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation

Here’s What You Need:

  • 5+ years of experience in software development with multiple programming languages and technologies, including:

  • Java (including Java 8 and above)

  • .NET (including .NET 5 and above)

  • JavaScript (including ES6 and above)

  • TypeScript

  • PL/SQL

  • CCS

  • HTML and CSS (including HTML5 and CSS3)

  • Strong understanding of software development principles, patterns, and practices

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and troubleshoot application issues

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams

  • Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements

  • Secret Clearance

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience with cloud-based platforms, such as AWS or Azure

  • Knowledge of containerization using Docker

  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, such as continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD)

  • Experience with microservices architecture and service-oriented architecture (SOA)

  • Knowledge of database management systems, such as SQL Server or Oracle

  • Experience with API development and API security measures, such as OAuth and JWT

  • Familiarity with front-end frameworks, such as React or Angular

  • Experience with testing frameworks, such as JUnit or NUnit

Technical Skills:

  • Programming languages: Java, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, PL/SQL

  • Development frameworks: Spring Boot, .NET Framework, Node.js, Express.js

  • Database management systems: SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. $100,200—$203,400 USD
