CBRE Client Services Coordinator- Graphic Design/Marketing in Washington D.C., District Of Columbia
About the Role:
As a Client Services Coordinator, the role will be responsible for graphics support to a group of sales professionals. This includes creating tour books, maps, template and custom brochures; preparing proposals, presentations, and communications material and coordinating the distribution of internal and external marketing information. Additionally, you will create window signage, client marketing plans, eblasts, interactive InDesign files, infographics, various deliverables for opportunity pursuits with clients – all with adherence to stated deadlines.
What You’ll Do:
Maintain CBRE brand client messaging inventory by applying templates to produce marketing materials.
Review marketing material and act as a point of contact for various groups to coordinate the completion of property information packages.
Coordinate the preparation and production of client specific property packages.
Participate in team-oriented approach to internal client service.
Generate standard and ad hoc reports and assist with website updates.
Coordinate advertising schedules and placement with local centralized marketing group.
Respond to common questions or complaints.

Bachelor's degree preferred.
3+ years marketing/graphics experience
Strong problem solving, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite required.
Ability to edit templates in Power Point and/or InDesign.
Strong marketing knowledge desirable.

What You’ll Need:
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of real estate transactions or related experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Experience with industrial and flex transactions is a plus.
Real Estate salesperson license required.
The innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions.
Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions having a broad impact on the business.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
Highly sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate somewhat complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the this position is $50,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $62,500 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
