About the Role
MIRACORP is seeking detail-oriented, proactive individuals who enjoy helping others and keeping work moving smoothly. In this role, you’ll support a federal government HR team with a variety of administrative tasks, review documents for accuracy, and be a go-to resource for teammates who need guidance or clarification.
This position is contingent upon contract award
Essential Functions
Review HR documents and submissions for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established procedures
Provide guidance and support to administrative staff on processes, documentation standards, and customer service expectations
Respond to escalated or complex applicant and employee inquiries by phone and email
Compile, track, and evaluate data to support program goals, reporting, and workflow management
Assist with onboarding, scheduling, and pre-employment activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing
Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation for HR teams and leadership
Monitor assignments, deadlines, and task progress to support team operations
Support classification, staffing, or employee services teams with specialized administrative tasks
Maintain organized digital and physical records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Assist leadership with special projects, high-visibility tasks, and process improvements
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 4 years of administrative, customer service, or office experience
Strong attention to detail and ability to review work for accuracy
Comfortable learning new systems and following established procedures
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Experience handling sensitive information with discretion
Ability to support teammates and help guide staff
