Nestle Road Transportation Procurement Team Lead in Warszawa, Poland
Location: Warsaw
We are looking for an experienced leader to manage a team of Procurement Partners and drive the execution of purchasing strategies within the road transportation category.
Main responsibilities will include:
Leading a team of Procurement Partners responsible for executing procurement activities aligned with global targets and agreements.
Implementing category strategies in accordance with global procurement organization guidance.
Supporting the team in gathering and analyzing market and business needs, running tender processes, and facilitating deal implementation.
Coaching, mentoring, and developing team members, ensuring compliance with people processes.
Building and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
Ensuring supplier performance and acting as the commercial escalation point to meet business needs.
What will make You successful?
10 years of proven experience in transportation sourcing or supply chain roles within a large, international business environment.
Strong ability to influence, convince, and leverage internal networks to drive business outcomes.
Solid stakeholder management capabilities.
Excellent business writing and communication skills.
Fluency in English and Polish (French and German are an advantage).
Experience with root cause analysis and problem‑solving methodologies.
Strong system and software skills, especially within procurement or analytical tools.
