Honeywell Intern - Sales Operations in Warszawa, Poland
As an Intern (Bach) Sales Ops here at Honeywell, you will gain hands-on experience in sales operations, supporting our sales team in achieving their targets and optimizing processes. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn about sales strategies, data analysis, and customer relationship management in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales operations by assisting in data analysis, process improvement, and customer support. Your contributions will help streamline our sales processes and enhance our team's ability to meet and exceed their goals.
Key Responsibilities
Support Inside & Outside sales team in concepts and quotations preparation
Analyzing project documentation to prepare a quotation
Supporting designers in the preparation of specifications based on the company's solutions
Preparation of descriptions, drawings, lists and calculations for designers
Support in maintaining web page
Maintaining and creation new technical & marketing documents of product & solutions
Support of MarCom team in all customer related initiatives
Testing and checking products
Participate in development, product and business-related trainings
Must have:
Completed or undergoing Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Electrical/Automation engineering
Business fluent in written and spoken Polish & English
Experience using CRM/SAP systems a plus
Knowledge of MS office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
We value:
Experience in Technical field (electrical, electronics, automation)
Knowledge in Microsoft Server, Windows applications
Advance skills in using AUTOCAD
Good organizational, opening for development and good communication
Ability to work in the team
