GN Hearing Azure B2C Engineer / Developer in Warszawa, Poland
Location: Poland (Warsaw / Remote within Poland)
In this role, you will join GN’s Unified Identity & Access Management team and contribute to global identity platforms based on Microsoft Azure AD B2C , evolving toward Microsoft Entra External ID . You will work in a mature enterprise environment, supporting and developing secure, scalable identity solutions used globally.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and support Azure AD B2C solutions, including custom policies, user flows, and identity integrations
Participate in the migration to Microsoft Entra External ID , providing development and technical expertise
Troubleshoot complex authentication and authorization issues across web, mobile, and API integrations
Collaborate with global development and platform teams to ensure secure and seamless identity experiences
Automate deployment, monitoring, and maintenance tasks using PowerShell and REST APIs
Support incident resolution and contribute to system stability and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure AD B2C (design, development, and operations)
Strong development experience , including custom policies, user journeys, and API integrations
Solid understanding of identity protocols: OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML, JWT
Experience with PowerShell scripting , REST APIs, and automation in Azure
Knowledge of identity security best practices, MFA, and federation
Experience with or strong exposure to Microsoft Entra External ID and migration projects
Very good communication skills and ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment
Preferred Qualifications
C# / .NET development experience
Azure certifications related to identity, security, or cloud architecture
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code
Background in enterprise or high-availability identity platforms
