About the Team
The Operations Enablement & Automation team partners with Operations Services (OS) to modernize, streamline, and automate complex end‑to‑end business processes.
As the Manager, Intelligent Automation & Process Optimization , you will lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise‑grade automation solutions.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced automation leader to manage a team of Automation Engineers (A360 / Power Platform) and Business Technology Analysts. In this role, you will provide strategic direction, ensure quality delivery, and develop the team’s capabilities while partnering with business lines to execute operational transformation initiatives.
What You Will Do
Team Leadership & Operational Management
Lead, develop, and mentor a team of automation engineers and business analysts supporting enterprise process transformation.
Plan, prioritize, and allocate resources across multiple projects, ensuring operational alignment and timely delivery.
Automation Strategy & Delivery Oversight
Oversee discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing enhancement of automations.
Evaluate automation opportunities and drive prioritization based on business impact, complexity, and ROI.
Guide engineers working with Microsoft Power Platform , Automation Anywhere A360 , and related integration technologies.
Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
Review and recommend new processes, standards, and methodologies to improve automation delivery efficiency.
Identify opportunities to optimize existing automations and ensure long‑term sustainability.
Monitor KPIs, track performance, and produce reports and presentations for senior leaders.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience .
10+ years of experience in operations, automation, technology delivery, or business process transformation.
3–5+ years leading teams of engineers, analysts, or cross‑functional digital transformation professionals.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Strong understanding of automation technologies, particularly:
Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, SharePoint)
Automation Anywhere A360
APIs, scripting (Python, Java, or C#), and SQL familiarity (advantageous)
Demonstrated experience managing full automation delivery lifecycle.
Strong project management abilities (planning, estimation, test coordination, delivery).
Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
Additional Information
- Flexible working arrangement: 2 days weekly availability for collaboration with US‑based teams (5–9 PM Polish time / 10 AM–2 PM CST) .
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
