Honeywell Solutions Consultant Director, Europe in Warsaw, Poland
Here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our organization by leading a team collaborating with various departments to drive the sales of our complex application and system solutions. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to meet sales targets, providing technical expertise, and fostering strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
Identify new business opportunities and drive growth in the assigned market
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver customercentric solutions
YOU MUST HAVE
8+ years of transferrable experience
Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles
Strong technical background in application and systems engineering
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
