nVent Sales Operations Manager II in Warsaw, Poland

Join us as a Sales Performance Manager and help strengthen our data-driven culture while enabling the Sales organization to make informed, growth-oriented decisions. In this role, you will lead a team of analysts responsible for delivering accurate data, insights, and performance analyses that support sales strategy and execution.
You will bridge the gap between data and business, ensuring that analytics directly contribute to achieving commercial goals. This position offers the opportunity to combine leadership, data literacy, and business partnership — translating complex information into clear, actionable insights that drive sales performance and organizational growth.
WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION
Analytics Delivery & Value Realization
Lead the end-to-end delivery of sales analytics and performance management solutions.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of data used by the Sales organization.
Translate business needs into clear analytical deliverables that drive measurable outcomes.
Develop frameworks for tracking value and measuring impact of analytics on business growth.
Champion continuous improvement in how data supports commercial decisions.
Stakeholder Partnership
Partner closely with Sales leadership and cross-functional teams to understand key challenges and opportunities.
Serve as the bridge between business needs and analytical solutions.
Lead discussions that connect business questions to data-driven answers and recommendations.
Build trusted relationships across the organization to align on data priorities and definitions.
People Leadership
Manage and develop a high-performing analytics team with strong technical expertise.
Foster a collaborative, business-oriented culture focused on delivering value and insight.
Guide the team to understand not only how to analyze, but why it matters to the business.
Training & Capability Building
Promote analytics literacy across the Sales organization.
Coach business users to leverage dashboards, tools, and insights effectively.
Develop frameworks for knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
YOU HAVE
Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, or a related quantitative field.
5+ years of data analytics or business performance experience
Leadership experience managing analytical or cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to translate data into actionable business insights that support sales growth.
Preferred Experience
Familiarity with cloud analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau Cloud, AWS).
Experience in sales analytics, sales performance management, or revenue operations.
Understanding of data governance, data quality, and performance reporting.

Pay Transparency
nVent’s pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee’s work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance.
Monthly Gross Compensation Range:
zł18.091,70 - zł37.575,00 Per Month
Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual or long-term incentives.
