Sales Administration Manager (m/f)
Location: Warsaw
Key Responsibilities
Full contracts management: preparation, verification, execution, monitoring, and archiving of customer agreements
Negotiation of contracts, including non-standard agreements with key customers
Professional knowledge of contract procedures: how contracts are created, which clauses are required, acceptable, or not allowed
Acting as a trusted partner for the sales team (daily cooperation) – clearly and politely explaining what is possible within contractual limits and confidently setting boundaries
Ensuring compliance of contracts, sales offers, bonus systems, and budgets with internal standards, accounting rules, and local legal regulations
Preparing concise contract recommendations and decision summaries for management
Close cooperation with HR and Customer Service regarding contracts and bonus-related topics
Administration and settlement of the bonus system for Territory Managers
Preparation of monthly and quarterly contract execution and analytical reports (Salesforce)
Settlement of budgets, commissions, accruals, and educational/product spend
Organization and settlement of high-level sales meetings, trainings, and events
Active participation in commercial and system-related projects (e.g. Salesforce, SAP, regulatory changes)
What You Bring
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in contracts management, sales operations, administration, or legal-related roles
University degree in Law, Administration, or a related field
Strong legal awareness and hands-on experience with contracts and negotiations
Excellent organizational and time-management skills; ability to handle high workload and bureaucracy
Confidence to set limits while maintaining a cooperative and respectful relationship with sales
Strong analytical thinking and business orientation
High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential and sensitive data
Self-driven, reliable, and ownership-oriented personality
Very good command of MS Excel and other MS Office tools
Fluent English (C1 level)
Willingness to work mainly from the Warsaw office
