IQVIA Regional Sales Manager, Medical Sales, Poland and Hungary in Warsaw, Poland
IQVIA is recruiting a Regional Sales Manager to lead commercial activity for a portfolio of specialty medicines on behalf of one of our pharmaceutical partners. This role provides the opportunity to take responsibility for a single national market , operating within a matrix environment and working closely with both IQVIA and partner stakeholders.
Territory scope: Poland and Hungary
The role has oversight of a multi-country team of Specialty Sales Representatives , with accountability for performance, execution, and team development across the country. The portfolio sits within specialty care, spanning immunology, gastroenterology, and dermatology , and is promoted primarily within specialist healthcare settings.
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for translating brand and portfolio strategies into effective local field execution, ensuring consistent, compliant delivery while adapting to national market needs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Specialty Sales Representatives
Own performance against sales, activity, and quality KPIs
Implement strategy in line with partner objectives and portfolio priorities
Drive consistent execution with appropriate local adaptation
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Training, and Operations teams
Monitor performance using CRM data and field insights, taking corrective action where required
Support talent development and succession planning
Ensure all activity complies with local laws, partner requirements, and industry codes of practice
Experience & Requirements
Proven experience leading specialty or secondary‑care sales teams
Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder‑management capability
Commercially minded with hands‑on execution skills
Legally qualified to work in Poland
Fluent in Polish and business‑level English
Valid driving licence
Ability to travel up to 70% of the time

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is zł144,000.00 - zł446,900.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
