What you’ll do:
The Project Manager – Digital Sales Enablement, Business Processes & Capabilities is responsible for driving the adoption, execution, and continuous improvement of digital tools, standardized business processes, and enabling capabilities that support commercial performance.
The role ensures that configuration and pricing tools, associated business processes, and organizational capabilities (skills, data, governance, and ways of working) evolve together to deliver sustainable business outcomes.
Acting as a central orchestration point between Sales Operations, IT, Engineering, Product Lines, Manufacturing, and regional stakeholders, the Project Manager translates strategic priorities into structured execution plans and coordinates multiple parallel initiatives across digital tools, partner enablement, process standardization, and capability development.
A core focus of the role is adoption and value realization—moving beyond deployment to ensure consistent usage, aligned processes, and measurable impact. This includes tracking milestones and adoption KPIs, managing risks and dependencies, and supporting effective change management. The role operates in a complex, matrix environment, influencing without direct authority to enable a scalable, business embedded digital sales ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
• Orchestrate adoption and continuous improvement of digital tools, including configuration and pricing tools, alongside associated business processes and capabilities
• Coordinate multiple workstreams aligned to the digital sales roadmap and commercial priorities
• Manage deployment readiness, rollout planning, training coordination, and go live activities
• Define, track, and report adoption KPIs, benefits, risks, and dependencies
• Translate business requirements into structured, executable plans with cross functional teams
• Coordinate and track cross functional action plans, ensuring clear ownership and follow through
• Support change management, communications, and stakeholder alignment activities
• Capture user feedback and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement and standardization
• Contribute to playbooks, documentation, and common ways of working across regions
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
5+ years of appropriate business experience, ideally in the Electrical manufacturing industry
Skills:
• Proven experience in project or program management within a matrix organization
• Experience supporting digital transformation or enterprise system initiatives
• Strong understanding of how digital tools, business processes, and capabilities interact
• Experience with configuration, pricing, quoting, ERP, or similar commercial/engineering platforms
• Exposure to sales enablement, partner self service, or complex quoting processes
• Experience in change management, process standardization, or operating model transformation
• Familiarity with adoption metrics, dashboards, and performance tracking"
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with structured planning, risk management, and reporting
• Ability to facilitate workshops and influence senior stakeholders
• Experience working in a regional or global enterprise environment
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
