Honeywell Program Specialist II (Project Manager) in Warsaw, Poland
Position Description
If you’re a dynamic and strategic Project Manager in the technology sector, Honeywell has an exciting opportunity for you. Reporting to the Director of Professional Services, you will have a proven track record of coaching and leading a team of professionals. Use your expert skills to scope projects, develop proposal documents, generate demand for services and training as well as ensure issues are resolved and kept within budget and timeline. The Project Manager will be familiar with validation documents and procedures.
Your prominently developed skills in the area of business process operations and improvement activities will be on display. Bring your established record of managing multiple and competing priorities along with your proven leadership and people management skills to an established leader in the Quality Management Software industry. Only those experienced with computer software applications and Microsoft Project need apply.
Key responsibilities
Deliver weekly integrated status of all project related activities – including project status, issue resolution, risk management and financial status
Conduct performance monitoring, information, and reporting; help diagnose root cause of problems
Identify and escalate critical issues in timely manner
Review documentation and deliverables from project team to ensure quality delivery of services
Ensure teams are taking corrective action as necessary to deliver complete scope, desired quality and timeliness of customer projects and strategic programs
Keep team apprised via project plans, meetings and discussion minutes of project tasks identified, tasks to be completed, and work not completed
Act as a single point of contact within the project for Support, Product Management and Research & Development
Support Sparta PMO initiatives and assist with relevant SOP updates
Ensure adherence to common processes, such as:
o AGILE implementation methodology
o Software Development LifeCycle (SDLC)
YOU MUST HAVE
2+ years experience working with SaaS implementations.
Must have strong communication skills (oral, written and presentation) negotiation, influencing and relationship skills along with high personal integrity, credibility, and energy.
2+ years of demonstrated leadership within a matrixed organization, managing cross-divisional projects and building effective cross-functional teams and relationships
2+ years of demonstrated experience working with Project Teams defining, estimating & scheduling project work to achieve project scope and ensure resource allocation is mapped to requirements
2+ years Demonstrated experience managing project financials including the PO burn rate throughout the project lifecycle

Successful completion of Bachelors’ degree or relevant business / information technology or equivalent experience
Strong experience with the MS Office Suite particularly Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
Candidates with Salesforce experience will receive priority consideration
Agile Scrum Certification
Work experience in Life Sciences, Medical Device, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or Discrete Manufacturing highly preferred
Travel is occasional as warranted by project work; frequency will vary depending on project requirements
