As part of the Mondelez Digital Services division, you will play a key role in supporting and delivering Manufacturing Execution and/or Quality Management solutions across the EU region.
This position is ideal for a technically strong professional who understands manufacturing processes and SAP integration concepts, and who is comfortable working directly with stakeholders across business and IT. The role does not include direct people management but requires ownership, coordination, and the ability to influence multiple teams and vendors while ensuring alignment on project goals and timelines.
In addition to strong technical and functional expertise, the role requires the ability to coordinate activities across teams, monitor progress, and provide transparency on project status and deliverables to stakeholders and governance forums.
How you will contribute
You will support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing and quality solutions within SAP and integrated systems. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and integration experts to ensure robust, scalable, and well-coordinated solutions.
You will also play a key role in coordinating activities across involved teams, monitoring progress, and ensuring that deliverables are aligned with project objectives, timelines, and governance expectations.
What you will do
Support Manufacturing Execution (MES/MFE) and/or Quality Management (QM) process design and improvements
Support data preparation, transformation, and migration activities
Gather and translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
Coordinate solution design within SAP and related systems
Collaborate with integration teams to ensure proper system connectivity and data flows
Support integration activities using SAP PI/PO and/or SAP BTP Integration Suite
Participatein regional and global SAP deployments and enhancements
Work closely with Manufacturing stakeholders across multiple sites
Coordinate project activities across functional and technical teams to ensure alignment on scope, priorities, and timelines
Monitor progress of deliverables, track key milestones, and proactivelyidentifyrisks, issues, or dependencies
Ensure transparency of project status by preparing and presenting updates, reports, and materials for stakeholders and governance forums
Follow up on action items and support resolution of open topics to ensuretimelydelivery of agreed activities
Support project governance bymaintainingvisibility of progress, risks, and decisions across all involved teams
Ensure documentation, compliance, and system consistency across sites
Provide functionalexpertiseduring testing, go-live, andhypercarephases
What you will bring
A strong technical foundation combined with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders in a matrix organization. The role also requires strong coordination and organizational skills to manage complexity across multiple initiatives and teams.
You will bring experience and knowledge in:
• Background in Manufacturing Execution and/or Quality Management processes
• Good understanding of SAP manufacturing modules and end-to-end manufacturing flows
• Understanding of SAP integration concepts (PI/PO and/or SAP BTP Integration Suite)
• Experience working in SAP implementation or enhancement projects
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to coordinate activities across multiple functional and technical teams
• Experience monitoring project progress and reporting status to stakeholders
• Structured and analytical way of working
• Ability to manage priorities and follow up on deliverables in a complex project environment
• Comfort operating without direct authority over resources
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Willingness to travel as required
Experience in regulated manufacturing environments and audit/compliance exposure is considered an advantage.
