Logitech Key Account Manager in Warsaw, Poland

The Role:
Reporting to the Country Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining the relationship between Logitech and some selected customers in Poland.

Among all the other tasks, the selected candidate will be responsible for:
Be accountable for the performance of the Key Accounts, achieving assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel (on all levels) in assigned customer accounts.
Lead a joint company-strategic sell out based account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
Develop the business by identifying cross & up- selling opportunity within key channels & customer portfolios
Successfully introduce and implement new product categories and key-Initiatives
Coordinate and execute Local/Pan, country campaigns with your selected accounts
Set up a quarterly sales out activity plan as well as an execution plan
Monitor and manage execution of the activities by measuring and reporting on activities and campaign results
Set up an efficient weekly forecast process that includes sales out and stock figures and helps to improve our business planning
Define, manage and control budget per Partner/Account
Control the relevant ROI (return on investment) and success parameters
Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations
Proactively assess, clarify and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.

Relevant sales experience with a focus on selling direct to e- Commerce partners and Retail channel partners. Managing a marketplace channel will also be an asset.
Passion for e-Commerce across digital channels, traditional online retailers and social commerce
Strong collaboration skills and able to work in a dynamic, exciting environment
Analytical, structured, highly driven and solution oriented person
Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to build strategic relationships
Strong analytical skills
Knowledge on trade marketing tools
Excellent negotiation skills
Fluent English and Polish languages
