How you’ll make an impact:
Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers at Edwards Lifesciences Poland Sp. z o.o., handling day-to-day HR inquiries, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring a seamless employee experience
Design, implement, and administer local HR policies and procedures in alignment with global and regional HR frameworks, while ensuring compliance with Polish labor law and local regulations
Deliver pre-boarding and onboarding programs to support effective integration of new hires
Design and implement the local annual wellbeing program , driving employee engagement and supporting a positive workplace culture
Manage HR administration activities , including employment documentation, internal and external reporting, vendor coordination, purchase orders, and invoice processing
Administer HR systems , ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and timely updates
Coordinate the Health & Safety agenda in cooperation with external providers and internal stakeholders
Collaborate closely with regional HR partners across payroll, benefits, workforce administration, talent acquisition, talent management, and learning
Monitor labor market trends and stay informed about local market developments and employment practices
Drive continuous improvement , process optimization, and simplification of existing HR processes
Report to an HR Manager based abroad and actively contribute to regional HR projects and initiatives

This is a office-based role (4 days per week in the office) - Warsaw.
What you'll need (Required):
Bachelor' s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Min. 2 years of HR experience, ideally in a with generalist role within international environment
Native-level Polish and fluent English proficiency
What else we look for (Preferred):
Proven proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR systems
Substantial knowledge and understanding of local employment legislation and compliance implications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal and consultative abilities
Strong problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical-thinking skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn, develop and grow within the role
For Poland, the base pay range for this position is 120,000 - 170,000 zł (highly experienced). The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
