The Position

HSE Partner / Site Security Officer

As an HSE Partner / Site Security Officer at Roche, you will stand guard over this hierarchy, bridging the world of classic occupational health, safety, and environmental protection with the role of an expert in security-related topcis.

At Roche, we offer a hybrid work model that combines flexibility with in-person collaboration. For now, we require our employees to be in our offices on average two days per week. The specific office days may vary depending on business needs, such as workshops, conferences, town halls, team meetings, and other collaborative events.

The role is a fixed - term contract until 31.12.2027

The Opportunity:

  • Promote HSE based on local and global Roche objectives, ensuring that health, safety, and environmental protection are integrated into daily operations

  • Support the organization in compliance with local legal regulations and Roche HSE provisions through documented internal inspections and gap analyses

  • Monitor and assess local exposures, document near misses, and maintain a local databases

  • Act as the Site Security Officer, managing physical, personnel, and information security across all divisions in Poland

  • Drive training compliance and promote HSE objectives to foster a culture of safety across the organization.

  • Maintain HSE data/inventory and share best practices to ensure continuous improvement.

  • Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks for the team

Who you are:

  • 3 years of experience in a similar position , with a deep understanding of local legal regulations; a degree in OHS will be considered a strong asset.

  • Fluent in English and Polish , both written and spoken.

  • Solution-oriented approach with the ability to prioritize tasks and remain flexible to support the organization during urgent situations while maintaining a high focus on detail.

  • An effective communicator with natural authority and strong influencing skills, capable of building trust and fostering productive cross-functional relationships.
