Role Overview:
As a Full Stack Developer , you will play pivotal role in the design, development, optimization, and maintenance of our software solutions. Your duties will include everything from designing and implementing server-side applications to crafting compelling user interfaces. You’ll collaborate with product managers, designers, architects, and developers to ensure our solutions are scalable, secure, and future-ready. We encourage the use of Generative AI tools like GitHub Copilot to enhance productivity and innovation.
Key Responsabilities:
Backend Development:
Develop robust, configurable applications using Java 17+ and Spring Boot to effectively meet the diverse requirements of multiple customers.
Ensure the efficiency of PostgreSQL databases for scalable solutions.
Ensure security, scalability, and performance in all backend solutions
Frontend Development :
Develop intuitive applications with Angular, TypeScript, and Angular Material.
Create dynamic, responsive experiences for end-users.
DevOps & Infrastructure :
Contribute to application deployment using Docker and Kubernetes, while utilizing Helm for package management.
System-Level Skills :
Employ Bash/Shell scripting for automation and comprehensive system integration tasks.
Team Collaboration :
Communicate effectively in English (B2/C1 level) within distributed teams
Participate actively in scrum events
Collaborate with other engineering teams
Contribute to design discussions and mentor junior developers
Skills:
Backend Development :
Expertise in Java 17+ Proficiency in Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Security
Experience with Maven for project building
Experience with SQL databases
Knowledge of JUnit, AssertJ and Hamcrest
Frontend Development :
Expertise in Angular 2+, TypeScript, RxJS
Proficiency in Node.js
Proficiency with Angular Material
Experience in Cypress for E2E Testing
Understanding of modern IAM concepts including OAuth 2.0 and OIDC
Understanding of REST APIs
Knowledge of writing cross-browser compatible code
General Development:
Cloud native application development
Proficiency in Git & GitHub (including pipeline development)
Experience with CI/CD process and tools
DevOps & Infrastructure :
Kubernetes, Helm
System-Level Skills :
Bash/Shell scripting
Strong English communication (B2/C1 level)
Proven experience in enterprise environments
Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban)
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a distributed team
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience with PostgreSQL
Hibernate/JPA
Event-driven architecture & Kafka
Microservices architecture principles
Python scripting
Experience with JIRA or similar tools
Logging & monitoring tools (Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus)
Security best practices (OWASP Top 10, secure coding)
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, plus 5 years professional backend development experience; or
Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field, plus 3 years professional backend development experience.
