What You Can Expect
Global Business Services (GBS) drives alignment among business units to integrate governance, locations, and business practices across the enterprise to achieve transformative performance improvements. GBS drives collaboration and sharing to improve delivery efficiency, effectiveness, and business outcomes. The EMEA Senior FP&A Analyst is responsible for planning and reporting activities, supporting the month‑end close process, and providing general accounting and OPEX management support for EMEA Central Functions, including Commercial Operations, QA/RA, Medical, and G&A.
This is pivotal role supporting Central Functions Finance Director.
How You'll Create Impact
Planning
Maintain key components of the Hyperion Planning application, including data loads to support annual planning and quarterly forecasting activities
Develop and manage standardized input and data collection templates to streamline the planning input process of online and offline bottoms-up datasets
Lead data consolidation and reconciliation from business stakeholders in support of downstream analyses and leadership reviews
Reporting
Monthly variance analysis (OPEX, Headcount) to provide recommendations to management for decision making purposes
Prepare reporting and presentation materials for senior management financial reviews, and investigate and resolve management inquiries
Drive master data management and data validation activities that are essential for FP&A planning and management reporting
Execute process improvements, technology implementations, and automation initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of FP&A activities

Your Background
Bachelor’s degree required, with 5+ years of experience in Controlling or FP&A
Solid understanding of general accounting principles, working knowledge of US GAAP is a strong plus
