Build the digital nervous system of modern manufacturing
We are looking for a hands‑on software engineer who wants to shape how manufacturing data, OT systems, and business logic truly work together at scale.
This is not a maintenance role.
This is a platform‑ and product‑building role, at the heart of Command Center, One Compose, and next‑generation OT integrations.
You will become one of the core builders of the Command Center Insights Hub, partnering with OT, IT, and analytics teams across Fabric & Home Care.
You will own and grow backend OT applications that power Command Center insights Hub by:
Building robust backend services on One Compose platform and beyond
Integrating diverse OT and manufacturing business logics into a coherent, scalable product landscape
Turning fragmented OT solutions into reusable, composable digital capabilities
Enabling analytics, AI, and operational insights through clean, well‑modeled OT integrations
You will work under the leadership of experience OT Leader, partnering closely with both IT and PS organizations over a C0DE products, including: UFM, PROCTR, R Factor, UPS, COLOS, Auto PO, and other factory systems.
What You Will DoProduct & Platform Ownership
Own backend applications supporting Command Center Insights Hub
Drive architecture, technical direction, and code quality for OT-facing services
Actively replace legacy, point‑to‑point OT logic with reusable platform capabilities
OT–IT Integration Leadership
Design and implement integration patterns for OT systems (MES, control layers, plant applications)
Translate manufacturing business logic into scalable, testable backend services
Ensure systems are production‑grade, reliable, and observable
Team & Technical Leadership
Lead by example: architecture decisions, reviews, hands‑on development when needed
Partner with CODE OT engineers, data engineers, and analytics teams
Coach others on platform thinking, composable design, and engineering excellence
Job Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
Experience
Strong background in backend software engineering
Experience with OT / manufacturing systems or industrial integrations
Experience designing distributed systems, APIs, and event‑driven architectures
Hands‑on delivery in complex, enterprise‑scale environments
Good network topology understanding

Comfortable navigating OT + IT complexity ( EDGE + CLOUD)
Able to translate messy reality into clean system design
Pragmatic, opinionated, and delivery‑focused
Nice to Have
Experience with manufacturing platforms (MES, SCADA‑adjacent apps, factory IT)
Familiarity with hybrid platforms
Experience scaling platforms used by multiple teams/products
