Brown-Forman Customer Service Specialist English and French speaker (fixed-term contract) in Warsaw, Poland

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for customer service and supply chain management? Join our team as a Customer Service Specialist and play a crucial role in our operations!

The Customer Service Specialist has a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless and efficient processing of customer orders, overseeing the entire order-to-cash cycle with attention to details and accuracy.

This role develops and maintains strong relationships with customers through timely and clear communication, utilizing many tools such as SAP, Google suites and Microsoft office. Additionally, they proactively identify and resolve potential issues or conflicts that may arise during the order-to-cash cycle, escalating to management as needed.

This is a fixed term contract (lenght: 6 months - up to 12 months)

This is an hybrid/office role (4 days a week at Warsaw office, Friday working from home)

What You Can Expect

● New Product Introduction: Manage the introduction of new products, including changes in configuration, innovation projects, and package or proof changes, ensuring a seamless order

experience.

● EDI Management: Handle electronic data interchange (EDI) of distributor purchase orders, ensuring error-free data transfer and timely setup of data tables.

● Compliance: Ensure orders comply with relevant requirements, including Letter of Credit, pricing, and established incoterms, avoiding delays and penalties.

● Customs Documentation: Coordinate and manage special customs documents for shipment clearance, ensuring compliance with US and foreign government regulations.

● Issue Resolution: Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot order discrepancies, developing and implementing corrective action plans.

● Tax and Regulatory Compliance: Manage the reconciliation of government-required tax stamps and internal control reports, ensuring regulatory compliance.

● Process Improvement: Analyze order patterns and processes for assigned markets, identifying opportunities for improvements and executing changes to meet performance expectations.

What You Bring to the Table

● Experience:

○ Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in customer service

○ Experience in successful related work within a changing environment

○ Demonstrated ability to make decisions independently based on logical assumptions and factual information

○ Language Proficiency: fluent in English and French, both spoken and written

○ Strong technical aptitude utilizing operational support software including but not limited to SAP ERP, SAP Material Management, data analysis, Microsoft Office Suite, Business Warehouse, Google, etc.

○ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects.
