nVent Customer Service Representative-1 in Warsaw, Poland

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
Manage and process incoming orders in our ERP system on a daily basis, while keeping an eye on the workload and managing the deadlines;
Update the database in the ERP with new and existing customer data such as;
Customer Information, add and change of customer data, compliance screening
Pricing
Agreed discounts
Create and register various contracts for all Sales units. But also keeping all contract information up to date and inform our Sales colleagues about the current status of an agreement of if changes occur;
Offer Sales system support to the sales organization. This includes answering questions per mail or on Teams as well as handling helpdesk tickets;
Gather information throughout the company to complete supplier registrations and questionnaires and creating a database on which this information is available for future requests.
Request and implement changes to systems for Sales.
YOU HAVE:
Academic background in MBO and preferably 3 years of professional experience.
Language skills: Polish and English
Experience in using a wide variety of ERP, CRM and administrational computer systems, and feeling comfortable in learning new systems and using multiple systems at the same time.
Previous experience in an international and customer-oriented environment is a plus

Pay Transparency
nVent’s pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee’s work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance.
Monthly Gross Compensation Range:
zł6.241,70 - zł12.958,30 Per Month
Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual or long-term incentives.
