Customer Service & Collections Representative
Responsibilities:
Sending emails and payment reminders to the company’s clients
Telephone and email contact with clients regarding overdue payments
Terminating contracts in accordance with current internal procedures
Entering and updating data in the operating system
Document archiving and performing other current administrative tasks as needed, including support for the Collections and Customer Service Departments
Preparing annexes and modifying contracts
Issuing accounting documents
Preparing various reports for internal needs
Ongoing cooperation with other departments in the company
Cooperation with the insurance company and handling processes related to policies
Requirements:
Min. 1 year of professional experience on similar position in international environment (banking or leasing sector would be an asset)
Effective communication and ability to build strong relationships with clients, vendors and peers
Native Polish speaker, communicative English (min. B2 level)
Good command of MS Office tools, experience with CRM systems and ability to learn processes and systems quickly (“learning agility”)
Ability to work under time pressure and multi-tasking abilities
Readiness to work on-site 5 days a week
