The role

    Location: Warsaw, Poland | Reports to: Operations Manager | Work Arrangement: Hybrid | Visa Requirements: Valid Visa for Poland | Language Requirements: Fluent in Polish and English at a communicative level

    As our Business Development Manager – Licensing , you will play a key role in supporting the sales organization by selling Microsoft solutions , responding to public tenders, and ensuring customers receive clear, accurate , and tailored licensing solutions. You will actively participate in customer ‑ facing activities, prepare precise calculations, and contribute to strategic decision ‑ making across the sales cycle.

    Key responsibilities

  • Analyze tender documents and customer inquiries (OPZ, PPU), prepare clarification questions, and deliver accurate cost and incentive calculations aligned with Microsoft programs

  • Support sales teams in customer conversations to ensure correct solution alignment and licensing strategy

  • Provide expert guidance on Microsoft licensing programs, product licensing, and compliance to both customers and internal teams

  • Collaborate with Microsoft to secure special conditions and assist customers in accessing available vendor support

  • Create and deliver training content that enhances Microsoft licensing and compliance knowledge across internal teams and customers

  • Maintain up‑to‑date expertise on Microsoft agreements (EA, EES, MPSA, CSP), incentives, vendor updates, and expand licensing competencies beyond Microsoft when needed

What we need to see from you

  • Proven experience in a similar licensing or tender-related role

  • Basic understanding of public procurement regulations (UZP)

  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to details

  • Nice to have: MCP Licensing Specialist certification
