Billing Analyst – LATAM

The Billing Analyst is responsible for end-to-end activities related to service contracts (maintenance, cash, and charge) across LATAM countries. This role ensures accurate contract and equipment data management, compliant invoicing, and timely revenue recognition, while serving as the single point of contact for customers regarding service agreements and maintenance billing.

The position works closely with Service Sales, Service Delivery teams, and outsourced operations, ensuring full compliance with NCR Voyix policies, guidelines, and audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage activities related to service contracts, including maintenance (plus cash and charge), covering contract administration, equipment database management, and invoicing processes.

  • Review and validate legal service agreements to ensure completeness and accuracy of terms and conditions related to maintenance billing for LATAM countries.

  • Maintain and update the equipment database, including processing movements, additions, and cancellations.

  • Generate and manage invoicing in accordance with customer preferences, ensuring compliance with revenue recognition criteria that trigger billing in the system.

  • Serve as the single point of contact for customers regarding service agreements and maintenance billing inquiries.

  • Ensure all day-to-day processes comply with NCR Voyix policies, guidelines, and internal controls.

  • Perform monthly revenue reconciliation and reporting, including validation of revenue data, identification of discrepancies, and provision of corrections and explanations.

  • Maintain proper archiving and record retention in line with NCR Voyix policies and practices.

  • Provide support for both internal and external audits as required.

  • Collaborate closely with Service Sales, Service Delivery teams, and outsourced Order Management operations to ensure seamless execution and issue resolution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Order Management, Billing, or a related role.

  • Experience within a global or multinational organization is strongly preferred.

  • Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, customers, and outsourced partners.

  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service orientation.

  • Clear and effective communication skills across different levels of the organization.

  • High level of accountability, ownership, and attention to detail.

  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated dedication and commitment to service excellence.

  • Solid analytical and reconciliation skills.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with outsourced operations.

  • Strong exposure to global or multi-country environments.

  • Advanced analytical and reporting capabilities.
