UL, LLC Associate Sales Process Specialist in Warsaw, Poland

We are looking for the Associate Sales Process Specialist who will support ULS’ sales professionals in administrative tasks, including: quote generation, order processing and booking, pre- and post-sales support. Join our team and explore the world of safety testing!

  • Coordinates pre- and post-sale actions to ensure customers are meeting testing requirements and product or service adoption timelines

  • Works within standard operating procedures under supervision to develop and share quotes using standardized pricing tools.

  • Process quotes into Orders using our ERP system; regular adapting of orders based on operational needs.

  • Supports our sales professionals by performing (included but not limited to) admin-related sales tasks.

  • Track account history and supply data from internal sources as requested by account owners and representatives to facilitate deeper knowledge of accounts and account opportunities.

  • Build an internal UL problem-solving network and proactively engage internal personnel to anticipate problems, improve delivery, and develop solutions that improve ULS’ customer experience.

  • Meets established timelines for pre-and post-sales activities presenting a strong customer focus and engagement.

  • Ensures that the follow-ups with customers are scheduled and supports the process of turning quotes into orders.

  • High School/Technical School diploma.

  • 2 years of working experience in sales support or related.

  • Good command of English language due to an international environment.

  • Advanced in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain strong relationships..

  • A strong team player who is able to successfully collaborate with the team and stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software.

Total Rewards: We understand that rewards are an important consideration as you plan the next step in your career. For Poland, the annual base salary range for this position is 70,000-90,000 PLN gross and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and other factors. This position is eligible for additional sales incentive with a target payout of 20% of base salary. You’ll also enjoy annual paid leave, access to our ULS University to support continuous learning and career growth, two volunteering days each year to participate in community activities, and flexible working arrangements designed to help you balance work and life.
