The role

Account Manager Enterprise

Contract type: Full-time | Working model: Hybrid | Location: Poland | Langauge requirements: Fluent Polish (C1) and solid English communication skills, written and verbal.

    As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for planning, building, and nurturing strategic relationships with key accounts. Your main objective is to identify and qualify opportunities for revenue growth and service expansion for both the client and SoftwareOne (Crayon Group).

    What you will do:

  • Manage a defined customer portfolio and take full ownership of its development

  • Build long-lasting, trusted relationships with customers and partners

  • Collaborate closely with LSS, Software Advisors, and Solution Advisors to deliver optimal solutions

  • Identify new business opportunities and support the sales process

  • Maintain deep knowledge of SofwareOne's (Crayon Group’s ) offerings, go-to-market strategy, and customer needs.

What we need to see from you

  • Proven Sales experience within the Enterprise Software Ecosystem, as well as bachelor’s degree in any relevant field

  • Possess a strong network and relevant experience in Software & Cloud services, with software licensing and services sales experience

  • Documented track record of consistently exceeding quotas and exhibit a proactive attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond expectations

  • Experience in multi-level selling, driving sales campaigns that offer strategic value to our customers’ needs

  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities, capable of engaging technical teams (with pre-sales support as needed) to CXO level

  • Driven by results and committed to delivering exceptional customer value

  • Collaborative team player with good prioritization skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
