Adecco Production CNC Machinist roles in Warsaw, IN.
Shift: 2nd & 3rd
Pay: $25/hr
Join a precision medical manufacturing team producing orthopedic implants and components. As an Orthopedic CNC Machinist you’ll run and program CNC machines to meet tight dimensional and surface-finish tolerances in a regulated environment. Candidates must have relevant machining experience or hold NIMS certification.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and monitor CNC mills and lathes to produce orthopedic components to print.
Load programs, make offsets, select tooling, and perform in-process adjustments for part quality.
Read blueprints and use precision inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify dimensions.
Perform routine machine maintenance, tooling changes, and housekeeping to maintain a safe work area.
Document production data, maintain traceability, and follow SOPs and quality procedures.
Identify and report nonconforming parts and participate in corrective actions.
Qualifications:
Prior CNC machining experience in medical, aerospace, or precision manufacturing OR NIMS certification.
Proficient reading prints, setting up machines, and using precision inspection instruments.
Experience with common CNC controls and CAM software preferred.
Pay Details: $22.50 to $25.00 per hour
