Adecco Polisher positions in Warsaw, IN.

Shift: 2nd

Pay: $28/hr

Join a precision-driven medical device finishing team in Warsaw. As an Orthopedic Polisher, you’ll produce mirror and matte finishes on orthopedic implants, ensuring surface quality, dimensional accuracy, and compliance with regulatory and customer specifications. This role requires proven polishing/finishing experience in medical devices or precision metal components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Polish, buff, grind, and finish orthopedic implants to specified surface finish and dimensional tolerances.

  • Operate and maintain polishing equipment, lathes, grinders, and hand tools safely and efficiently.

  • Inspect parts visually and with precision gauges; document and report defects or deviations.

  • Follow work orders, drawings, and SOPs to meet quality and traceability requirements.

Qualifications (Required):

  • Prior experience polishing orthopedic implants or precision metal components in a regulated/production environment.

  • Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and ability to meet tight surface-finish standards.

  • Familiarity with inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) and basic documentation practices.

  • Able to work 2nd or 3rd shift reliably and perform physically active tasks.

  • Commitment to safety, quality, and following SOPs.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
