Job Description
The Document Control Specialist is responsible for supporting quality driven document and change control activities within an electronic document management system. This role focuses on reviewing and processing change requests and procedures to ensure accuracy, proper formatting, completeness, and correct approvals in accordance with quality standards. The specialist will perform extensive document control data cleanup, identifying redundant, outdated, or obsolete procedures and ensuring records are current and compliant. Working entirely within Windchill (paperless environment), this role plays a key part in cleansing and organizing documentation in preparation for system migration by reviewing, updating, and copying controlled documents to ensure a clean, well maintained document repository.

Skills and Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in a doc control, quality, engineering or related position
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel
• Experience with PLM (Windchill strongly preferred) and/or ERP systems or able to learn quickly • SAP, AGILE,
• Experience in medical device or pharma industry
